6 The Expanded Triangle Pose (Trikonasana):
It is a variation of the triangle pose that both beginners and experts use to activate their hips and abs. Yoga practitioners who are just starting out are encouraged to keep their heads still in case they have trouble raising their bodies.
Start by standing on a rug and then extend your right leg as far as you can. The legs should be nicely extended and separated from each other. Along with your left foot pointing forward, your ideal foot should be pointing. Then, while raising your left arm, make a cross with your arms and lower your upper body by lowering your hands into your right leg as shown in the case.
