The Clamp Pose (Uttanasana):

This strong incline is excellent for increasing the flexibility of the body in the back and legs, from the back to the calves. It is usually a warm-up that can help with stress and depression, and it could even help with headaches and colic.

To get a better grip on the floor, first spread your legs straight across your hips. Then, while still bending, fold your chest forward. When it is sufficiently lowered, place your forearms behind your calves. You can slightly bend your legs and back if you are a beginner and have difficulty keeping them straight.
