This pose is excellent for strengthening the starting movement of the hips. As a pose we should master from childhood, it is perfect for yoga beginners. Because of its simplicity, it is excellent for relaxing, warming up, and sleeping.

While lying on your back, bring your knees towards your chest and grab your toes from the outside. Make sure your knees and ankles are aligned at a 90-degree angle to your torso and hold the position for 60 seconds.
