2 The Butterfly Pose (Baddha Konasana):
This position promotes the opening of the hips and torso, blood flow in the pelvic region, and stretching of parts of the body that are often “closed,” such as the groin, adductors, and lower abdomen.
Then point your toes inward and connect your soles. The knees must be bent as deeply as possible. Try your best to hold the position for 7-10 breaths without leaning back.
